Director of OperationsMegan joined RSC Healthcare in 2019 and now serves as the Director of Operations. She is responsible for overseeing compliance, payroll, and billing staff. Megan strives to provide the best support and overall experience for RSC Healthcare's consultants throughout their tenure.
Gabriella Ramundo
Recruiting ManagerGabriella joined RSC Healthcare in 2020 and serves as the Recruiting Manager. She focuses on the day-to-day staffing and recruiting needs and placement of healthcare professionals providing clients with qualified talent. She also provides staffing support, training and guidance to the recruiters on the healthcare recruiting team.
Kyle Knef
Account ManagerKyle joined RSC Healthcare in 2022 and acts as the Account Manager for our Healthcare team. He is responsible for overseeing all current accounts along with bringing in our new clientele. Kyle works to provide the highest level client experience along with showing our potential clients how RSC Healthcare can become a valuable team member to their organizations. Kyle is a US Navy Veteran and brings 15+ years of sales expertise.
Tylea Keating
Healthcare RecruiterTylea joined RSC Healthcare in 2023 as a Junior Recruiter. She is responsible for finding best fit candidates for a number of healthcare roles in all current accounts. Tylea works to build long-lasting relationships with her candidates, by helping them find positions within the healthcare industry that match their experience and passions, that will help them grow professionally.

Healthcare RecruiterMaria is responsible for finding and evaluating qualified professionals for open positions in the healthcare field. Her years of experience in the Healthcare industry allows her to determine the proper qualifications a candidate should have within their professional backgrounds. She is determined, willing to fulfill her role as a recruiter and ensures she grows a professional relationship with her a candidates.
Merisa Ramos
Sr. Compliance CoordinatorMerisa joined the RSC Healthcare team in 2020. Merisa initiates and completes the onboarding process for all new hires. She is responsible for verifying credentials and requirements for employment including medical clearance, verification of licensure/certifications, experience/employment history, professional education, & competency evaluation. Merisa also works with all active employees to ensure their credentials are current and meet JCAHO standards.
Maria Vallejo
Compliance CoordinatorMaria joined RSC Healthcare in 2023 as an Onboarding Coordinator. She is responsible for conducting and coordinating onboarding activities such as scheduling medical clearance, verifying credentials, certifications, running background checks and competency evaluations. Maria strives to deliver a smooth and easy experience for all new hires during their onboarding process.
Manan Vaidya
Assistant ControllerManan joined RSC Healthcare in 2022 as Assistant Controller. He is responsible for managing accounting and financials of the business by providing analysis to increase profitability. His responsibilities also include auditing accounting books and insurances to provide input for the growth of organization.
Kirtesh Shah
Payroll ManagerKirtesh joined RSC in April of 2021 as a Payroll Manager. He has a wealth of experience in Payroll and Human Resources. His attention to detail and team-oriented nature are all vital qualities that enable RSC’s staff and clients to succeed. Kirtesh has several years of payroll, human resources, and office management experience – managing teams of up to 15 people & processing payroll over 2500+ Employees.
Sharisa Tuckett-Wilson
Accounts Payable and Receivable ManagerSharisa joined RSC Healthcare in 2021 as the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager. As an integral part of the finance team, she is not only responsible for collections and payables but also administers top tier customer service, and prides herself in building and maintaining strong client/vendor relationships.
